Fractional CFO & Systems Operations
In partnership withA telecom field-services company: over 70 technicians, nine states, $6-10M in annual revenue. Technician billing spanned multiple markets, each with its own rate structure, reconciled entirely by hand.
A custom Python system that reads raw data exports, applies a three-tier technician rate model, and generates accurate per-technician invoices automatically, with a Google Sheets integration handling adjustments and loan tracking alongside it. Accounting workflows restructured around the system.

Full engagement scope
Two connected workstreams: the operational backbone that runs the business day to day, and the financial leadership to steer it. Clean operational data fed sharper financial decisions; CFO-level priorities shaped what got automated first.
The combined value: one accountable partner, turning day-to-day operations into reliable data, and that data into confident financial decisions.
Deal Structuring & Investor Modeling
A mixed-use, value-add acquisition with short-term rental and commercial tenant components, and a layered capital stack: senior debt, mezzanine financing, and equity partners, all of which had to be underwritten before anyone would commit capital.
The full investor-facing underwriting model, with separate, live-linked tracks for each layer of the capital stack, so a change in one financing assumption flows through the entire deal in real time.
Underwrote a real, multi-phase acquisition, refined through several iterations as the financing structure evolved.
Founding Financial Advisory
An early-stage consumer honey brand with growing demand and none of the financial or operational infrastructure that scale requires.
A ground-up financial and operational buildout: the foundations the business needs as it moves from founding stage to real production volume.
Scaling toward a projected $375K in 2027 revenue.
